First strike map pack is the first map pack available at PlayStation Store for Black Ops. 3 more were released and to have all 11 zombie maps you need to purchase and download them all. World at War Maps packs 1-3 being sold for Call of Duty WAW do not work on Call of Duty Black Ops.
For PS3 and Xbox 360 you had to buy the Prestige or Hardened edition of the game for all other versions of the game including the standard PS3 and Xbox 360 editions you can not
