you have to unlock mii a & b then finish special cup on mirror cup then you can unlock him.na im just kiddin you just unlock boo then go to time trial beat the staff ghost for boos stage,but!you have to beat it 1:00 minute if this doesnt work than you must be: retarded,your not doing it right,or go to Mario Kart wii.com . then look for the words seceret characters click ti find dry bones and walla it tells you how you unlock him &if that doesn't help then go to rejected Cartoons and it gives you an easier way to unlock him hope this helps losers :P
