The way I control all my sims relationships is by using a cheat... 1. When you are in the neighborhood, before you enter a house, you should type in the cheat as follows: boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true (just not in bold) if you do this after you are in a house you will not be able to do this 2. Greet the person/animal with whom you wish to edit their relationship 3. Drag both bars to the right until the are green 4. Press PLAY and watch the number go to 100 5. Have one more interaction with the person/animal and it should work
