How does mw3 end?

Modern Warfare 2 ends with an injured Captain Price carrying an injured Captain Soap, then Nikolia lands his helicopter and helps them both escape to a safe location because they are now international fugitives. The screen does black and the words "Developed by Infinity Ward" appear, then the credits roll.

Modern Warfare 3 starts from the end of Modern Warfare 2. You start out in the prologue when soap gets dragged to a safe house and gets patched up by a doctor and it shows flashbacks of Modern Warfare 2. During campaign you will be an ex-russian that used to be Makarov's friend. (it shows flashbacks of this in the mission "Blood Brothers") And the other person is part of the Delta Force. At the last mission you start out as a Juggernaut and you go halfway and you cach on fire and your armor gets shredded. Follow the objectives to chase Makarov's helicopter and follow the buton sequence to crash the helicopter and kill Makarov.

The game will not be released until November 8 2011 and then it is likely to have new maps released well in late summer 2012

Soap dies half way through the campaign and the last mission is the hunt for Makarov in a Dubai hotel. You play as Captain Price and Yuri (new character) in this mission.

It ends with you chasing Makarov, him shooting Yuri and killing him and then you finally grab him. You proceed to punch him continuously and then wrap a thick metal cord around his neck and jumping off the skyscraper which obviously kills him once and for all.

You can finish the Modern Warfare 3 Campaign by completing all of the objectives (On Veteran to get 100% Complete).
