How does riolu evolve in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon explorers of sky?

To become a Riolu, you must have a Sassy nature. Note that it is impossible to have a female Riolu, and you must choose the 'male' option at the end, otherwise you will become a Totodile.

if you started with riolu as the main character then you first need to graduate from the gild. Then, you need to beat Darkrai, recruit Palkia & Manaphy, Manaphy needs to tell you about the Marine Resort, you also need to have a 2 star IQ Lv., and you need a sun ribbon. Also, you need to be at least a Lv. 46. And that is how you evolve Riolu as the main character. if riolu isn't the main character and you just recruited it..... then get it to a Lv. 46.

get an IQ of atleast 1.5 with a sun ribbon. beat the game (get marine resort) and you are all set. this is only for riolu as your starter though, if you recruited it, then just do the above minus beat the game part

NOTE:you have to deafeat regigigas and deafeat the main story
