In Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, you can obtain the Golden and Silver Rathian by completing specific quests. The Silver Rathian can be found in the "Silver Rathian Hunt" quest, while the Golden Rathian appears in the "Golden Rathian Hunt" quest. Both are higher-tier variants of the standard Rathian, so be prepared for tougher battles. Additionally, you may need to progress through the game's story and quests to unlock these special hunts.

There's a fairly rare chance of getting it from a Rathian when you carve it's tail after cutting it off, probably around 8 - 10%. You MIGHT be able to get it from the rewards also. Rathalos can also drop it too. This is in High Rank, not Low Rank or Village.
It's a game.In America (United States) it's called Monster Hunter Freedom. There are 3 games available for the PSP, Monster Hunter Freedom, Monster Hunter Freedom 2, and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite.
By hunting a khezu, rathalos, rathian etc... The first time I got any monster bone +, it was when I got 3 of them from one run of the 5* village quest "Small Shadow over the Swamp".
Break off one of it's claws/talon. Just keep hitting the wings until they break off. Break off both claws to get a better chance of getting them in the rewards. *Note Rathian claws cannot be curved.*
some monsters who uses poison should be where you are looking of course. Gypseros, Rathian, Yian-garuga and the likes that use poisons should have them.
