About 3 days, but, I hate to wait, so here's a cheat:
Press Ctrl Shift C.
Then type in the little box: boolproptestingcheatsenabled true
Press shift then click on a sim.
Click on spawn.
Click on tombstone of LD (or something like that)
Click on Speed up my Pregnancy.
Your sim will have a baby in hours!
