Do that for about 6 weeks and you'll see improvement. It depends whether you are toning up or reducing fat. Fat will be replaced with muscle, which is heavier, but will look better. 6 weeks should see a dramatic improvement in both cases. ANSWER anecdotal - I had been off the bike for most of the last 16 years when I started riding again a few years ago and went from 154 lbs to nearly 130 lbs in the first month, my racing weight in the 1980's. For advice on that early weight loss, I suggest focusing on a high cadence first and then slowly gearing up to the point where the gear puts you under load...just make sure you don't let yourself get bogged down. Intensity counts.
When cycling it is important to do speeds which are comfortable. You can try switching speeds every 2 minutes.
Definitely walking. Trampolining? Well, it actually depends. If you walk every day that's really good for keeping in shape. Cycling is for cardio. Trampolining........ well, I guess they're good for your thighs???? Idk, but if you're busy I reccomend cycling.
Because just about every single sport, you run and when you run you use your thighs to push off from the ground.
A person will need breaths within 4 minutes; maximum time of 6 minutes. For every minute after 6 minutes, chances for survival reduce by about 10% per minute.
you just have to walk 30 minutes a day. I lost 3 kgs in the thighs in just 3 weeks! do pilates!! twenty minutes a day works wonders for me! alos you can dress to make your thighs look thinner, dark colored jeans, vertical stripes, jeans with whisker wash. Avoid cargo pants with pockets on the legs. They tend to accentuate bulkiness.
me personaly no but every guy is different
Try 6 Snickers bars every day. It worked for me.
every 72 minutes

Personally, I try to run a couple miles every day, around 3-5. Occasionally I skip a day. This has given me muscular thighs and calves.
