yes, but if you unplug ur wii, then plug it back in (or turn the plug off for ppl in britain) you have to turn the wii back on to charge the wii remotes, but they will charge if the wii is off.
No it cannot
If your iPad is unable to turn on, try a "hard reset" while it is still plugged into charger.
It doesn't matter either way. I personally keep mine plugged in when I don't need to bring it anywhere. When you have it plugged, make sure the whole charger is unplugged from the outlet so it isn't still sucking up energy even when the laptop isn't plugged in.
Most electronics will consume a little power even if they are off or not in use. In the case of a cell phone charger, you may notice that if it is plugged into the wall, but there is no cell phone charging, the charger will still be warm. I don't know the physics behind that, but anything that is plugged in will take up a little energy, even when not in use.

Well, I am in China and plugged my DS lite that I bought in America. I also bought a DS charger here in China (and I also have my own charger that came with the DS lite). I don't know if the chargers are broken or not (because I'm having problems charging my DS) but.... Answer: My DS lite is still turning on but I have yet to see if the chargers are broken since I can not charge my DS. So, no, not both are ruined.
You might want to unplug it and start all over ....it is possible that your connection isn't tight. I left mine on over night the first time and then after that it was a quick charge.
Yes, you can. However, all options still require a charger: The DSi XL, 3DS and 3DS XL chargers are all the same and can charge a Nintendo DSi
If it still won't charge buy a new charger. If it still doesn't charge take it to your local phone store and they will fix it for you.
It comes with a USB charger but not a wall one.
If you want to play it you can or you can let it recharge fully and then play it. (The PSP will still charge if you are playing it with the charger)
It depends on the car. Some vehicles shut off power to the lighter port when the ignition is not cranked. Others do not. If your car still allows power to the port, then the charger will still draw from it, phone plugged in or not.
