To acquire the 2nd Lot 192 remedy in BioShock, you need to first reach the "Fort Frolic" area. Once there, locate the "Theater" where you will find a series of events leading to the quest for Lot 192. You'll need to defeat the character called "Sander Cohen" and complete his tasks to eventually gain access to the remedy. After that, head to the "Medical Pavilion" and find the Lot 192 in a nearby storage room.
UMMMMM do the mission i guess. Its a good time to get some research on spider splicers and nitro splicers. On your map it will say sinclair spirits, and have a stair pointing to another stair. When you get there it will say more items down stairs and will be closed. In one of the shops around that go behind the counter and look for a button and press it. The and the thing that says more items downstairs will open and there will be a big empty room with a tonic on the other side. Watch out for the statues. They come to life and it scared the crap out of me. When you finish the art thing For Sander go to the projection booth for a couple nice things. BUT DONT KILL SANDER!!!! Sure you don't get a tonic but if you leave him alive, in Olympus heights he challenges you and when you kill him there you get his room with a power to the people machine and some other stuff. Srry it was so long and be nice to the little sisters and save them! :)
Google "how to build wooden fort", or something similar. Use the plans to build the fort, but instead of building it on the ground, make the foundation a number of stilts planted several feet into the earth. Build the fort on top of the stilts. Be sure to build a ladder or stairs to get in.
The same way you build an 'adult fort', just down size it a little!!
Down comes from the Irish word Dún, meaning a fort. The county takes the name from its main town, Downpatrick. Downpatrick was the fort of Patrick. That is a reference to Saint Patrick.
Ok, so eventually they well tell you to go to this guy and he'll ask you if you are ready. Say yes and go over the bridge and down the stairs to the boat. Whatever you do, do NOT try to fast travel or swim there. It will cause the game to crash, just take the boat.
The popular idiom "hold the fort" or "hold down the fort" means to watch, manage, or protect an area while the speaker making the request is away.

There was a Fort Macquarie in Sydney, Australia which was used to store ammunition. It was torn down in 1901 to build a train station.
A snow fort can be easy or hard to demolish depending on how it was constructed. If it was well-packed and supported with walls and a roof, it can be quite sturdy and challenging to demolish. However, if it was hastily put together with loose snow, it might be easy to knock down.
