In Halo CE I can't talk or see who killed who please give solution for this problem?

First off check inside your halo folder for a Installer called msxmlenu

run it.

I believe this question needs two categories as It believes to be a (PC) and Xbox game. But anyway As I've seen this issue before on the PC platform I'll presume you're talking about PC.

This is likely linked to not having a working version of Microsoft XML parser.

To fix:

Method 1: Reinstall the Microsoft XML parser1.Quit Halo: Combat Evolved.2.Insert the Halo: Combat Evolved CD into your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, and then hold down the SHIFT key to prevent the program from starting automatically.3.Click Start, and then click Run.4.In the Open box, type CD Drive:\Redist\msxmlenu.msi, and then click OK.5.Follow the instructions to install the Microsoft XML Parser files.

If the issue continues, go on to the Method 2.

Method 2: Register the XML .dll file1.Quit Halo: Combat Evolved.2.Click Start, and then click Run.3.In the Open box, type regsvr32 msxml4.dll.4.Click OK.

it could be either the hosts internet with LAG or you may have a bad internet connection, try moving your console nearer to the Router sometimes it can help with signal and boost the connection somewhat, other than that you may need to find a faster internet provider.
