In the Ocarina of Time, the water palace is one of the most remarkable pieces of game programming and mass confusion ever. Do not attempt to wonder the palace aimlessly lowering and raising the water, you will end up stuck not able to enter rooms, you see the game designers neglected to realize if a player does not follow the intended sequence of the dungeon it is possible to attain and waste keys needed to open a specific sequence of doors. If you need assistance to get to or threw this dungeon, Google, Zelda Ocarina of Time walkthrough, and follow the instructions from the very begging. Unfortunately for games like Zelda this is becoming the usual mode of dungeon bypassing, less and less players are actually playing or "solving" these dungeons. SolraC out

Go to Kakariko Village.
shadow temple :)
After you try to communicate with Zelda herself and sneak past many guards, you will be leaving Hyrule. When you are doing so, you will be on Hyrule field when you hear a horse noise. You will turn around to notice Ganondorf kidnapping Zelda on his horse. While doing so, Zelda throws her ocarina into the moat around Hyrule village. When the scene is over, go to the water (the moat) and dive to get the ocarina.
