30 second invisibility
You have to become a high level character in order for them to appear, or you can make them yourself in the arcane university.
The spell tome can be bought from Drevis Neloren at the college of Winterhold once the player reaches level 70 illusion.
If its magic as in spells you buy them from spell vendors. If you mean magic as in magicka you upgrade the corresponding thing (forgot the name) when you level up.
It depends what you want to do. "Enemies Explode" is a particularly spectacular Destruction spell, if you have high destruction and lots of magic. If you are really good at conjuration, there is "Summon Storm Atronach" which is fairly awesome. The Restoration spells "Absorb Health" kill your enemies while keeping you healthy at the same time--a custom Absorb Health spell will make all other spells unnecessary. High-level Illusion Spells like "Command Creature", "Command Humanoid" and "Demoralize" are surprisingly helpful in getting the odds in your favour.
There are no dragons in oblivion.
I believe that telekinesis is under the skill Illusion, so level that up a bit and look around for spells that are or are similar to telekinesis.
there is someone invisibility in there.
you use them
Buy or find them.
To get spells on Epic Pet Wars (EPW) you go to item shop and quick jump to spells. You need to level up for spells to be there and the higher level the spell is the higher the amount of money you are going to have to pay.
annoying isn't it! the easiest way would be to pick conguration as a major skill, that way its already at 25.
In "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion," there isn't a direct equivalent to the drain skill glitch found in "Morrowind." While players can manipulate skills and attributes through various means, such as potions and spells, Oblivion's mechanics do not allow for the same level of exploitation as seen in Morrowind. However, players can still use techniques like spell crafting and item enchantment to temporarily alter their skills or stats. Overall, the gameplay and mechanics in Oblivion focus more on balancing and less on the kind of glitches seen in its predecessor.
