Is Xbox one the newest Xbox?

They are not going to make a new xbox. They have made a updated xbox S (Similar to PS3 Slim) that is slimmer, more efficent, and has a less chance of RROD than the Old Xbox. They have also made a motion gaming article called "Kinect". Kinect uses infra-red technology to track your body as the controller. It is already released and is $150 USD.

the new xbox is called the Xbox 360 E3 it comes out mid 2010 and is a slim version of the original with built in wifi and kinetic it ranges from £200 to £250
