It's hard when I looked for it I could not find it at the PlayStation store while I was online on my PC. The Shivering Isles Expansion Pack is available as a disc from amazon for $30. That Pack does come with the The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition along with Knights of the Nine and the Edition is also $30 at amazon for the game and both packs. You might be better having a Hard disc of the game than downloaded to your harddrive as it can be sold afterwards. You can even buy a used GOTY edition in excellent condition from GLYDE for $19 or new for $28.75( both +3.66 ship)

I would go for morrowind if you want a more immersive game world with better stories, but go for Oblivion if you want better gameplay mechanics like vaguely interesting combat and also in oblivion being a mage is a feasible option unlike morrowind. Personally I preferred morrowind, and mods can fix the gameplay issues in morrowind.
