YES!!! it is a scam they'll scam you, when you, that is if you, make an acount it'll charge you at least 30.00$ and youll get a copy of Vuze (download software) and recently I was hoping mad when I searched "refund" on Vuze's forums when it said "vuze is free if you were charged elswhere, you were scammed".
