There sure is! I just bought one myself from GameStoponly a couple of days ago. It's non-refundable, and completely useless if you mess it up JUST ONCE for a particular game. I've only had it, like I said before, for only a couple of days and have already screwed it up for my Animal Crossing: Wild World game, and I can't take it back.
If you buy one, MAKE SURE it says "DSi" and NOT "DS". There's a difference... as you probably already know.
Hm, one more thing: go to codejunkies.com to add more codes manually. DO NOT add a lot of codes AT ONE TIME. Add one, use it on your game by "boosting it" to the game by pressing START, and go from there!
WHEN DELETING CODES: go from the top and go DOWN from there or you WILL accidentally erase a code at the top of the list because this kind of system is sketchy. If it starts at the bottom and you try to delete a code starting from the bottom, EVEN THOUGH IT SPECIFIES WHICH CODE TO DELETE, it doesn't mean it'll delete it. It will delete the first code at the top.

There are four things I can think you can/should do. 1. Move the AR around a bit and it should detect. 2. Take out the AR and then put it back in. 3. Clean your AR and place it back in the DSi. 4. Clean your AR and your DSi's game slot and then re-insert your AR. Hope this answer helps.
