There is a Build-A-Bear Workshop in Manhattan, at 5th Avenue and 46th Street.

The closest subway station is the B-D-F-V (the orange line) to the 47th-50th Street/Rockefeller Center Station. It'll drop you off on 6th Avenue, between 47th and 50th Streets. Then you just walk south to 46th Street, make a left, and walk one block east to 5th Avenue.

You could also take the E (of the A-C-E, the blue line) or the V (of the B-D-F-V) to 53rd and 5th Avenue. Then you'd just walk south to 46th and 5th.

Or, you could take the subway to the Times Square Station (42nd and 7th), and walk two blocks east to 5th, and four blocks north to 46th.
