You can buy a GameShark, or an ActionReplay on eBay. But you can just look up "Pokemon Ruby Cheats" on http://www.Google.com/ and they'll give you hints and tips for ingame cheats, not cloning, or Master Ball x200.

Well to get some cheat codes for Pokemon ruby or sapphire, you will need to buy a cheating device such as Xploder GBA + Sp(not recommended), Action Replay Ultimate Codes(Recommended) or Gameshark Sp(ok, has alot of useful codes).

These may be purchased on an internet website, eBay is best.

Once you have one of them, seach in Google.

I highly recommended NOT to get Xploder GBA + SP as there are not many codes.

There is a very good cheat for Pokemon ruby and sapphire (it doesnt work in emerald). First you have to beat the Mauville gym leader so you can use rock smash out side of battle. Second you put two of your weakest or the Pokemon you want to level up into the daycare. Third you get an acro bike and try and find a rock pile (a rock pile is a pile of rocks that you can only get up using a mach bike). Fourth you get a rubber band or hair band and put it round your D.S or other game consol. Make sure the rubber band is on top of the up button ( or so it is facing the rock pile ). Try and find something hard or big to put under the rubber band so it holds down the button. Put your game console on charge and leave overnight. Your little character man should be riding up and sliding down the rock pile really fast. The next morning check your Pokemon at the daycare and if you did it right your lvl. 5 should be about lvl. 50. Watch out though, each level your Pokemon goes up it costs $100 everytime.

Try it it really works and is a fantastic cheat that you do not need to have game shark or action replay to use it.

There is no "cheat" for a masterball. To get a master ball you either go to team magma's and find it or enter the lotto in Lilycove and get one of your Pokemon to have the exact number I.D. Hope that helps.
