Very hard to do. Video memory is USUALLY built into the mother board. You can add SYSTEM memory and this will help with the video. VidTec
Flickering, stuttering, some heat issues, blank screens. 3D graphic issues, models look very odd and not normal with glitching. bad performance but good card.

Well the driver will take up very little hard drive space depending on the video card. Now all video cards have built in memory (RAM) but after the ammount that is on the video card runs out. It will start using the RAM on your computer. Just depends on the game you are trying to run. Also your Proccessor, RAM and Video Card all work together for running games. Hope this helped :)
The Sims 3 is not a very graphics intensive game. just about any graphics card could play it
For WoW you don't really need a video card myself I have used the mac book and the Packard Bell TK 85 and the TK 85 does not have a video card but a fast processor and lots of ram space and I play on highest graphics very smoothly :) But of course having a videocard is handy and makes it even smoother
