On sims 3 can you get more than 8 sims in 1 household?

Not without a cheat. The cheat you have to do is press shift ctrl C all together then write in testingcheatsenabled true ..then once you have done that if you want to add someone from another household to your household...hold shift then click on them and click add to family. Then it should work! You cant have a baby with 8 in the household though.

(This wont work if you have update 3.1 I think? They said it made the game unstable.

no but you can enable boolprop testingcheatsenables true and shift click who ever u want to add in the house.nd click make selectable nd they wouldn't be able to leave. its just that u cant get married with another...

Start off with two sims. One female, one male. You know to get babies or a baby? Then get the female and male in the same bed, but first make them fall in love with each other. Great, we're getting close! Then click on the opposite sex that your playing as and click "try for baby". Then the female will get pregnet then will have a baby in three days and if she has a job, she'll get vacation time for that until the big day of the baby's born!

If one baby isn't good enough for you, please press Ctrl, Shift, and C at the same time and a box will appear on the top of the screen during game play. Then enter the following cheats.

fushiontwins- To get five babies! (If you want more and your female and male are happy.)

motherlode- Gives the family $50,000. (If your poor, enter this cheat!)

maxmotives- To max all the sims in the family's motives to do things such as homework, taking care of children, or work for that hard promotion.

You have to make the wife and the husband pregnant at the same time and then press ctr + shift + c and type force twins so they will both have one set of twins altogether 4 babies and 2 parents.
