It has happened to me before but on my friends screen i was still inside so i might have been just a 2 min long lag but it will tel it anyway. The way I did it was that I ran towards the middle of the sandbags and the metal bars when there were no boards on that window I jumped towards it and went prone at the exact moment that i landed and crawled forwards and i was out of the building and i just kept running away from the Zombies because my guns didn't work? But I can't do it anymore so it might have been a lag and my console just pictured me outside.
