Fit - do you mean 'healthy and strong' or do you mean 'suited to rule a country'?Henry VIII was healthy and strong in his youth, horseriding nearly every day and dancing etc, as would most healthy noblemen of his time. Later in life he became overweight and had other problems. Fit to govern a country? He was autocratic, as were most rulers of his time. In some ways you could call him the Saddam Hussein of his time.
