Provided you have level 40 fishing, there is a number of locations you can fish these:

On free-to-play servers, lobsters can be caught on Karamja island near the banana plantation. This location is far away from a bank, and it is recommended to use an Explorer's ring to cut run time. They can also be caught in the north eastern corner of the Wilderness, but this is also not recommended, and the risk of being attacked by revenants renders this method useless.

For members, lobsters can be caught at in Catherby, Relleka, and Jatizso. Players may also fish for lobsters in the Fishing Guild, which requires level 68 Fishing to enter[3]. Catherby is the recommended place to fish for members below 68 fishing as well and the spots for Free-to-play.

You can fish different fish depending on your fishing level. If you have 1 fishing right now you should go to Lumbridge and walk south following the path. You will see a tutor there. The fishing tutor will explain to you how and where you can fish at different levels. You may also want to try the Runescape forums for more help.

Karamja Dock, and Port Sarim.

you can by cooked lobsters ussually at the karamja general store my friend fishes there for lobster and he sells them to the general store. If not there, you can just try the ge.

Look up kirijama on the map and go there there is no bank but u cn excahnge sites on teh island :D

Go to Karajama (sail there from Port Sarim) if you go past the jungle to the east i believe there is a little dock where you can harpoon fish for tunas and swordfish and lobster spots

There is a dock at the East where you can fish it with a lobster pot. You can also fish swordfish and tuna with a harpoon.
