Were do you get a Bulbasaur in Pokemon?

ok There are 2 ways of getting bulbasaur. trading from firered/leafgreen or this way is extreamly rare even rarer than missing no 1/10089697 the game will glitch up and in the wild a random Pokemon will appear. it can happen with any Pokemon. that's how i got my bulbasaur in a luxury ball on emerald.

P.S. people who say they arent on the pokedex they havent got the natinol dex yet hope this helps

To get a bulbasaur in pokémon ruby,sapphire,or emerald,you must trade it from fire red or leaf green.

you must beat the elite four then also beat "RED"(ash) then go back to profeesor elm and he will let you choose among bulbasaur squirtle charmander

You need to make Pikachu like you a lot. Then talk to the lady next to bulbasaur, if Pikachu likes you enough, she will ask you if you want it.
