There is a hole in the wall by the stairs you can jump in it then you have to duck then you will be invincible. 2. first you need to open the help door then go to the random box when the ? is SOILED GOLD open it then you will get the ray gun or the m2 flamethrower the second time you go there you will not get them. 3. on the stairs there is a ledge you can jump on it and the Zombies won't attack you as much.
