When you create your Toontown account, it takes the IP of the computer. So when you create a Toontown account to hack on, they can compare the IP's and if they see your hacking. All your toontown accounts will be gone. So Yes, all your accounts do get banned, and you will NEVER be allowed to play again, (aka a IP ban)

No, it's impossible to get lure or drop without membership in toontown. You find that at a time all your toontasks needs to be done with membership ( out of toontown Central )
Does toontown make your laptop freeze?
No, Disney's ToonTown does not freeze up laptops, well not MINE anyways. ToonTown does encounter errors though (Not on your laptop just ToonTown gets errors) ToonTown also has upgraded around 2-2-11 but ever since the upgrade Toons have been disconnecting (dc) all over ToonTown. It takes me several tries to log into my ToonTown account because of all the errors and disconnecting problems. Until they fix the glitch in the game I am not playing it. I have actually quit. But I am NOT giving my account out to any ToonTown lovers.
