If the battle occured on their land then they've got no farming land as it's mainly strewn with decomposing bodies, unexploded shells and landmines (they still find unexploded World War I shells in French fields today! 90 years later!), etc etc. Plus a lot of the labourers are dead and those left behind are traumatised. Think death, destruction and devastation.

AnswerI know also that it effects slavery before. Now in the world there are 30 wars going on. That leaves millions of kids homeless for war. There are children even fighting in theses wars. The bigest effect of these is hate against countries. Sometimes it even causes family to break. Ex. A wife is with the iraqs and the husband is with America. AnswerOn the other hand, a (victorius) war can aid a nation greatly. Recall the method by which the Roman Empire was built. Also recall that the Franco-Prussian War created the unified German Empire.

-After the war, of course there would be DESTRUCTION, lost of life and property. It would also be difficult for the country to cope up and so there would be poverty. Because the country is in such state, other countries might take advantage and try to conquer that country, specially if that country is rich of resources.
