What are the levels in dig dug?

Well, I don't know. I never got past level 9, but I do know that after every 4 levels you pass, the surroundings will change and I will show you how to play Dig Dug. 1) On level one, you will automatically be transported to the start of the game. Rush past the pookas and dragons by shotting at them or dropping a rock on them. 2) Dodge the dragons before you shot at them because they'll fire at you. 3) Do the same with the other levels until you pass the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suppose their number is infinite.

After level 99 the level counter stops counting, but the game doesn't end, it just continues. And beyond certain point, neither the enemies become harder, nor their count increases.
