well, lets see, you got every monster you ever see in there game right? so that'd be all of them. if the question is what monsters are in the game then you have.... springy guys, spinny guys, spiky guys of all kinds, goombas, those annoying wizard guys, ect

If you want a complete list, I've heard that there's a mysterious entity named Google that you can ask. However, it would require a long trek from mouse to URL bar, and it prolly doesn't exist.
But seriously, you could just use Goombella's Tattle a lot more. Also, I've heard that if you miss a one-time only tattle, llike Hooktail, Prof. Frankly will have it in the little yellow rubbsh bin in his house(?) in Rogueport.
It's kind of ironic that just earlier today I started a wiki all about this called the Tattle Log Wiki. You could check it out at http://pmtattlelog.wikia.com/.
