You cant make weapons in borderlands, you find them, (i finished game)
You might have made it wrong, made an impossible combination. A hacked weapon still has to be something that can legitimately drop during normal gameplay. A Dahl weapon with a Hyperion component is illegitimate for example and would not show. But you could make a 'perfect' version of a legitimate weapon, something that could take hundreds of hours of gameplay to drop naturally.
Yes, in new haven there a chest that sometimes has them. To get there: "Go to the Helena's office (the Mayor or whoever she is) and stop at the door, turn right, walk up to the barrel jump on top of it. Look to the roof of the building next to it, jump on it and then the next building, and there's a chest on top of it look in side. That's where I've got most of mine."
no
Go http://blmodding.wikidot.com/how-to-mod-it and over on the left side there is a section that says "Modding Borderlands" and many sub-sections with different tutorials. Basically you just get a save file of the internet and transfer it onto your xbox basically. or go to google and search willowtree for borderlands
its a mod
Just get any fps maker app and go to weapon editing and make your weapon or, you could import or export a design of the weapon in to your weapon editing file. Then, make a map and design your characters. Finally you need to calculate the damage stuff.
first you go to swordhaven then make a right and go to the weapon smith
Go to the forums. Then go to aqworld suggestions and add your idea wth a picture. Hope this helped!
Moonglow is something used to make weapons in amittyville weapon shop
The latest DLC raised the cap to 69, that's as far as you can go.

If you have it for PS3, you go to the XMB menu & where you choose to go into the Borderlands game there is a disc underneath it. Go into it & there should be a list of the add-ons ready to install (General Knoxx's Armory, Moxxi's Underdome, Zombie Island & Claptrap revolution or something).
