check to see if the disc is dirty or if there dirt on the inside of the player or make sure the disc is in the right way
If you PS2 does do that then you'll have to check if there is a CD inside it. If not then put one. I don't know what I can help you with, other then that.
It uses a beam of light to "look" at the data. It starts the read on the inside of the CD.

Put them on a CD, and then you can. You cannot upload them to the PlayStation 2 itself. But it CAN play the CD.
