You ride the motorcycle to an abandoned house in the New Jersey forest.

You should get items from the other three locations before going to New Jersey. You need the matches from the Pub at Loch Ness, the lantern from the monastery in the Himalayas, and the bolt cutters from the hill (at the upper left star) in Puerto Rico.

Use the bolt cutters on the lock on the dumpster next to the gas station. Take the junk door into the restroom and place it next to the one still there. This will give you the directions for the forest roads. They are "right, left, left, right, right, right, left, left." (The shortcut is right left, right left, right left.) Before you ride, use the matches to light the lantern, so that you can find your way through the dark to the old house.

At the house, go in and up the stairs, and push the dresser to the right to reach the attic. Collect the grappling hook that you find there (the noise is just a raccoon). As you leave, you will see the Jersey Devil through the window! Go outside and use the grappling hook to reach the nest in the tall tree. Take some egg shells back for DNA analysis. You have proven the Jersey Devil.

In the hills of Puerto Rico, the Chupacabra is raiding the local goat herders. Borrow the Jeep and drive to the house of the jeep owner's brother (first star up and right). You can collect some fur from his barbed wire fence. You can also visit the abodes of two other local farmers (upper and lower left stars), but they are only providing clues. The center star is Snaggletooth Rock, where suspicions are that the Chupacabra may strike.

But before you can act on that information, you have to take the fur back to the Mews lab to analyze it, along with photos from Loch Ness and from the Himalayas, and startling evidence of the Jersey Devil.
