What you have to do is go to a nearby shop like the News Agents and buy some Card-Jitsu packs. At the end of the pack there will be a code card. Log on to Club Penguin and click on "Unlock Items Online" and enter the code. Make sure the letters are Capitals otherwise it will not work. And then you will have about 4 cards added to your Card-Jitsu Card Deck.
