When you have opend the mincraft folder open bin, then open minecraft.jar using winrar or 7zip. Finally drag and drop the files from your opened modlaoder into minecraft. REMEMBER TO DELETE METAINF!!! (if you dont when you open minecraft you will get a black screen)
