What happened to ezio?

No one knows exactly what happened to Ezio. When Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood ended, there was no mention of his fate. Curiously, there is no document or record about Altair's fate either. It is possible (and likely) that Ezio gathered his forces across Europe and continued to fight the Templar Order up until his death; when he died however, is not known.

Ezio Auditore da Firenze died at the age of 64 in the short animated film Assassins Creed Embers, which was released along with the game Assassins Creed Revelations. He died of a heart attack steps away from where his father and brothers had been killed 40 years ago.
