Well sometimes it depends if it's the campaign you just get any achievement ( Xbox 360) or a trophy ( PS3). If it's multiplayer then you can get 10th prestige or stay level 70 and get all weapons with Fall. If it's Special Ops then it just gives you achievements or trophies for you accomplishments.
