Once you fill up all your planets you can play on them, or if you get bored you can delete one go to the creature creator, create a creature, save it, go back to the galaxy screen and a new planet should be their. You can also do something really cool, grab on to the end of the galaxy and spin it around and after a while it will explode and the faces of unknown people will come out have fun!

Follow the steps on the page. Open your hard drive and poen progammed files. Then go to Electronic Arts, then Spore, then Data. Then, drag the file you just downloaded and drag it into data. Once dragged in, open spore and whalla! Hope it works.
