After you beat the game, you talk eventually get after a few missions about Stormy Sea. There are 40 floors and you will encounter Kyogre. Afterwards you must talk to Shiftry about the Buried Relic. There are a lot of treasures over there if you can break walls. You can encounter the 3 Regi's. Regirock: Floor 15 --> Obtain Rock Part after defeating Regirock. Regice: Floor 25 --> Obtain Ice Part after defeating Regice. Registeel: Floor 35 --> Obtain Steel Part after defeating Registeel. Combining the 3 parts into Music Box and gives access to get Mew in floors 36-99.
