Almost certainly not. Nintendo hasn't specifically stated that they won't, but I doubt that they would revisit old ground in that respect. Zelda games tend to be set hundreds of years after one another, so I doubt that Nintendo would make another game with midna in it, or any sequel to Twilight Princess in particular.

Tile worms can only be defeated with the use of the Gale Boomerang, the temple item. If you don't have it yet, there is nothing you can do but run away. Once you obtain it, you can Z/L-target them and they will be ripped out of the ground. Quickly slash at them while they are vunerable or they will burrow back into the ground.

Warp to Death Mountain. There will be a big, tall rock stuck in the ground. Go over to it and the Midna icon will appear. Talk to her and she will warp it back to the Zora village... just watch what happens from there it's kinda cool.
