Both are equally good, if you are looking to buy one though, i would say if your going for something good for portable reasons and if you have big hands like me-go with the DS lite because they are small and easy to carry, if youre going for mostly home-use and have smaller hands-go with the DS original, dont get a DSi, though, they dont have GBA slots if you have GH DS games or GBA games. if you dont own any GBA or Guitar Hero (or plan to get) any of those, bo ahead and buy the DSi.
