Lashkar-e-Qahhar is an Indian terror outfit which claims to have close ties with Pakistan based Lashkar-e-Taiba. Lashkar-e-Qahhar claimed responsibility for serial blasts that rocked Mumbai's commuter train service in 2006. These attacks resulted in deaths of over 200 people.
