Magic is basically all the power-ups the Zombies drop when you kill them. They consist of various types (Insta-kill, Double Points, Nuke, Fire Sale, etc.). By disabling Magic, these power-ups will not appear in Local or Private zombies games until enabled again. (May consist of other things which I've yet to discover in my experience).
