Packie says things about if Niko has even been to jail, he says yes, he says stuff about "fun in the showers", and Niko says that doesn't happen on the other side of the ocean its just an American thing. he says somewhere in the middle he has done time in Europe and has a European accent and he says where i come from. so he must come from Europe.
