The second set of bonus puzzles is for furnishing Luke and Professor Layton rooms at the Decorator's House and are Puzzle numbers 124, 125, & 126. The third set of puzzles which are Puzzle Numbers 127, 128, & 129 are for assembling the painting scraps into a painting at the Art Lover's House. The fourth set of Puzzles which include Puzzle Numbers 130, 131, & 132 you get for completing the Game at the Golden Apple's House. The final set of puzzles at the Puzzles Master's House are puzzle number 133, 134, & 135 for completing puzzle numbers 1 through 132.
