Depends on how you define "best". Best story=Final Fantasy X. Best graphics=Final Fantasy XII. Best gameplay=Final Fantasy X-2
The graphics for Final Fantasy VII were actually some of the best graphics at the time, considering the fact that it was Square's first 3-D Final Fantasy title with pre-rendered areas and actual cutscenes. You have to remember that Final Fantasy VII is an old game.
Arguably, Final Fantasy VI or VII is consider the best game in Final Fantasy series. Although Final Fantasy VI get little more praised, Final Fantasy VII is more loved because its wider appeal.
Yes their is but the best one i would say is any title in the Final Fantasy series ( as each game has it's own story and you don't need to play all the games )

AnswerWhile anything is possible, it is highly unlikely there will be a film based on the Square-Enix video game title Final Fantasy VIII. With enough questions answered to satisfy most gamers, a conclusive ending, and a lack of demand for such, the chances for a film incarnation of Final Fantasy VIII are grim at best. The current series of Final Fantasy VII based media is a 10 year anniversary of that game, which was both their first foray in full 3D and one of their most popular.
The Best Villain in my opinion, as a villain not a character would have to be Kefka, because, he unlike any other final fantasy game, succeeded in his goal, destroying the world.
