Well, there are many bosses in Zombies. In Kino Der Toten, they are hellhounds (zombie dogs) and you'll know when they will come. In five, it would be a very smart zombie that will take away your weapon's. In dead ops arcade, it would be the cosmic silverback (zombie gorilla). In the new (ish) zombie map, Ascension (in first strike map pack), it would be space monkeys. they fall in landers from the sky.
All bosses give you max ammo (most common), fire sale (rare), or free perk (only in Ascension.
