Currently, there is no possible way to become a cog on toontown. You can only wear a cog disguise.
To get your Sellbot disguise, you have to go through the factory 10 times.
To get your Cashbot Disguise, you have to do tasks in Donald's Dreamland.
To get your Lawbot Disguise, you have to do task in The Brrgh.
To get your Bossbot Disguise, you have to destroy every Bossbot cog, starting from Flunky, and working to Big Cheese, then destroy some v 2.0 cogs, then Flippy gives you the last piece.

The answer unfortunately is no you can't! But have I heard that there is one way of becoming a member on animal jam. I havn't tried this my self yet so give it a try! When you log onto animal jam there is a code bit. On january the 1st if you type in banana you will get a member ship for free! By the way if this doesnt work for you dont blame me its just what ive heard. P.S it apparently only works on january 1st! Good Luck!
