There are two mobs with wither in it name:
Wither Boss: One of the two bosses in minecraft along with the ender dragon. It shoots out skulls which make tiny explosions and damage players. To get the wither boss, you will need 4 pieces of soul sand (found randomly in the nether), and 3 wither skeleton skulls (dropped from wither skeletons). If you get hurt from these skulls on a difficulty, you will recieve the wither effect. WARNING: Make this far away from all structures and wanted land because when the wither gets spawned it makes a big explosion and the skulls do ground damage. When this boss is defeated, it drops a nether star used to make a beacon.
Wither Skeleton: A nether version of the skeleton. This is a skeleton found in nether fortresses in the nether. The are 3 blocks tall, black, and hold stone swords. Make sure to have iron armor or better because these guys do a lot of damage! Along with the rather annoying health draining wither effect these skeletons can pack a punch without good armor. They have 10 hearts of health. When killed, these skeletons usually drop bones and coal. A rare drop is a wither skeleton skull used to make the wither boss. So I think i know what you are thinking... "Oh man I am NOT going in nether forts ever!" Umm well you are forgetting that these are quite rare mobs and can not fit in 2 block high areas. So yes, I made them sound scary but they are rare. But still be careful!

Make a T of Soulsand, and put wither skeleton heads ontop
In Minecraft, the Wither Storm is not a standard feature or mob in the base game; it is a custom boss from the "Minecraft: Story Mode" series. However, if you're looking to summon the Wither, the command is /summon minecraft:wither ~ ~ ~. For the Wither Storm, you would need to use mods or specific command blocks created by the community, as it cannot be spawned through official commands in standard Minecraft.
The Ender Dragon and the Wither are currently the only boss monsters in minecraft.
Wither Boss
In Minecraft, a Wither is a hostile mobile game entity which can be spawned by the player only in Nether Fortresses. It is skeletal in appearance, has three heads and floats. Fighting the Wither can be difficult, and it is considered a boss enemy.
In Minecraft, the Wither has a total of 300 health points, which is equivalent to 150 hearts. This makes it one of the toughest bosses in the game. Additionally, the Wither can regenerate health over time, making it a formidable opponent.
you can put them in the helmet slot in your minecraft inventory or you can place them down. There are no actual use for them but they are extremely rare drops so they are used aesthetically. You can use the wither skeleton skulls to create the wither boss but you can search for that on the minecraft wiki.
Wither skeletons will only spawn in the Nether Fortresses. The Wither Skeletons are rare mobs that are only in the Nether, more specifically the Nether Fortress. Unlike regular skeletons the wither skeleton carries a sword and when hit by a Wither Skeleton you will be come infected by the wither effect.
simply kill wither skeltons that can be found in nether fortresses. there is a 0.8 percent chance that they will drop a wither head, however with a looting enchant this will be boosted up to a 2.5 percent chance.
The purpose of minecraft is to survive, build, explore and create, but what you want to do is that is to kill the Ender Dragon and The Wither Boss.
Technically, there is no real "end" to Minecraft, but you could count the defeat of the Ender Dragon as the furthest point in the game.
