What items in oblivion fortify magika?

That is a difficult question to answer... I cannot give you a list seeing as there are lots of enchanted items you will find that can fortify magika. the easiest way to get them is to simply make them. you can go into the arcane university and in one of the buildings there is an alter of enchanting (two actually, they look like those stands that you put music on so you can read the notes off the book and play them, except they are golden) and if you have soul gems that are filled then you can enchant armor. However, you can only enchant once and should not waste any armor by doing a low quality or harmful enchantment.
